Happy Monday, Elite Members!

We hope you’re heading into a productive week with plenty of momentum. As business owners, we know that staying relevant doesn't always mean making a dramatic change—it often means making the right improvements at the right time.

As Jeff Bezos put it, “Your brand is what other people say about you when you’re not in the room.”

And increasingly, your website is one of the first places that impression is made.

This week, we're highlighting a recent update to the website of one of our EliteCardPro website clients: Lower Peninsula Services.

Website Spotlight: Lower Peninsula Cleaning

We’re excited to have Lower Peninsula Cleaning’s newly redesigned website LIVE!

Lower Peninsula Services has built its business around helping homeowners, businesses, property owners, and vacation-rental clients keep their properties looking their best throughout Northern Michigan. But as their services have expanded, the website needed to communicate that same breadth. The new site does exactly that.

Rather than making visitors dig around to figure out what Lower Peninsula offers, the new website immediately establishes the company as a property-care and cleaning service provider serving the Petoskey and Harbor Springs areas. From the first impression, visitors can quickly find the major service categories, request a quote, explore individual services, read testimonials, and get in touch. And that matters. Because a good website shouldn't make someone work to understand your business.

What We Focused On

One of the biggest goals with this redesign was clarity. Lower Peninsula Services offers a surprisingly wide range of services, including:

  • Residential Cleaning

  • Commercial Cleaning

  • Vacation Rental & Airbnb Cleaning

  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

  • Construction Cleaning

  • Seasonal Cleaning

  • Property Maintenance

  • Cottage Opening & Closing

  • Car Detailing

  • Firewood Services

  • Patio Furniture Cleaning & Setup

That is a lot of ground to cover without making a website feel cluttered. The new design organizes those services into a much easier-to-navigate experience, allowing potential customers to quickly identify what they need and take the next step. The homepage also puts an emphasis on communication, service, testimonials, and straightforward calls to action—important pieces for a service-based business where trust often determines whether someone picks up the phone or keeps searching. And, of course, there is a very clear Get a Quote path throughout the site. Because if someone has already decided they need the service, we don't want the website standing between them and the conversation.

Why We Loved This Project

One of the things we enjoy most about working with businesses like Lower Peninsula Services is that no two websites should look or function exactly the same. The website needs to make sense for the business, the customer, and the way that business actually operates. That's where we come in. We build, redesign, maintain, host, and improve websites for businesses that want their online presence to work as hard as they do.

Until Next Time

Thank you for continuing to trust us with the digital side of your businesses. We're proud to work with clients who are willing to keep improving, adapting, and investing in the way their businesses show up in the world. If your website could use a little attention, don't assume it needs to be completely rebuilt. It might just need a refresh. We'll keep building, improving, and keeping things current on our end. You keep doing what you do best.
