A Quick Hello

Hello Elite Members!

We hope this newsletter finds you energized, focused, and ready for another successful week ahead. As always, we appreciate being part of your business journey and love seeing the connections, opportunities, and growth happening through your Elite Cards every single day.

This week, we have several exciting platform upgrades to share… and honestly, some of these are the kind of updates you don’t realize you needed until the moment they save you.

Quick Event Update

Our Virtual Networking Event originally scheduled for May 19th has officially been rescheduled to June 16th!

We’re excited for the extra time to make this event even better and cannot wait to connect with everyone then. Whether you’re looking to build new business relationships, exchange ideas, collaborate, or simply meet other ambitious professionals within the Elite community, we’re looking forward to a great evening of conversation and connection.

Thank you for your flexibility and continued support — we’ll see you on June 16th!

Something We Added to the Platform (You’ll Thank Us Later)

You know that tiny moment of panic when you accidentally delete a contact?Well… Nic recently demonstrated that feature for all of us completely unintentionally after dropping his phone last week and somehow deleting a client tile in the process. Very impressive multitasking. Until now, once a client tile was deleted from your Elite Connections Dashboard, there wasn’t a way to recover it. That officially changes today.

Recover Deleted Contacts

You can now restore deleted client tiles directly from your Settings page. Simply:

  • Open your Elite Connections Dashboard

  • Click the gear icon at the top of the page

  • Scroll below your Redirect URL section

  • Find the new Recover Deleted Contacts area

From there, you’ll see a list of deleted client tiles with the option to restore them instantly. Once you press restore, the contact will immediately reappear back inside your dashboard like nothing ever happened.

A small feature? Maybe. A feature that could save someone from losing an important lead or connection? Absolutely. And honestly, those are some of our favorite updates to build — the ones that quietly make your day easier.

CRM Integration Is Here (Because Nobody Likes Manual Data Entry)

One of the biggest pain points business owners and teams have shared with us over the years has been CRM management. More specifically:
“Why do I still have to manually move leads around after networking?”

Fair question. So… we fixed it.

We’ve officially added the ability to connect your Elite Connections Dashboard directly to your CRM. That means when someone fills out your contact form through your Elite Card, their information can automatically flow into your CRM instantly. No copy-pasting. No forgotten leads sitting in limbo. No “I’ll add them later” moments that somehow turn into three weeks.

This also works for contacts you manually add into Elite Connections, including contacts captured using our AI Business Card Scanner feature. So whether someone:

  • fills out your form,

  • gets scanned from a business card, or

  • is manually added by you or your team…

their information can immediately sync directly into your CRM. For teams, this becomes especially powerful. Every lead can also include which team member made the connection, allowing businesses to stay organized, monitor networking activity, and identify the true relationship-builders on the team — your power players.

Beta Access Now Available

This feature is currently in beta and requires setup and implementation on our end, so access is available upon request. Investment:

$150/year for individual accounts

$250/year for Executive Team accounts

For growing businesses and sales teams, this upgrade can save an incredible amount of administrative time while keeping lead management clean, organized, and immediate. Because realistically… the faster a relationship is documented, the more likely it turns into business.

You Asked. We Delivered.

Multiple Profiles on One Elite Card

This has been one of the most requested features we’ve ever received from entrepreneurs. “How do I use one Elite Card for multiple businesses, brands, or roles?” Now you can.

We’re excited to officially introduce Profile Presets — a new upgrade that allows you to create multiple Elite Contact Profiles connected to the same Elite Card. This means you can now create different versions of your contact profile with:

  • unique contact information,

  • profile photos,

  • emails,

  • notes,

  • field colors,

  • keywords, and more.

So whether you’re balancing multiple businesses, separate brands, consulting work, creative projects, speaking engagements, or team roles… your Elite Card can now adapt instantly to the situation.

How It Works

Once enabled, the Profile Presets feature will appear inside your Settings page. From there, you can:

  • create up to 5 additional profiles,

  • label them privately for your own organization,

  • switch between profiles instantly, and

  • share the exact version of your contact profile you want people to see.

The next time you tap or share your Elite Contact Card, the updated profile information appears immediately. No delays. No app reinstalling. No awkward “ignore the old info” conversations.

Upgrade Details

The Profile Presets upgrade is available for $50, and the setting becomes available on your current Elite Card right away! And honestly, for entrepreneurs juggling multiple ventures, this one is a game changer.

More Features Are Coming…

One of the things we care about most is building tools that genuinely help professionals create stronger relationships and operate more efficiently. A lot of these upgrades come directly from conversations with you — our clients, teams, entrepreneurs, creatives, and business owners using Elite Cards every day in the real world.

So thank you for constantly sharing feedback, ideas, and “you know what would be cool?” moments with us. Some of our best platform improvements started exactly that way. If you’re interested in enabling any of these upgrades or learning more about how they could fit into your workflow, feel free to reach out to us directly and we’ll help make the process simple. And if you’ve been an Elite Member for a while but haven’t migrated over to the new platform yet, we would absolutely love to get you moved over ASAP so you can take advantage of all the new tools, features, and updates we’ve been building behind the scenes. There’s a lot more coming.

Bus Life Update — Houston, TX.

Houston continues to treat us well. This past week, Nic started working part of the week from a local co-working office space and has really been enjoying it. He said it’s been an amazing environment for diving into heavier workflow projects. One of the biggest benefits has been connecting with other driven and like-minded people throughout the space. As much as we love the flexibility of bus life, it’s always refreshing finding environments filled with entrepreneurs, creatives, builders, and people genuinely working toward something exciting. Those conversations tend to spark new ideas fast.

Outside of work, we finally had the chance to visit the Houston Museum of Natural Science and spent an evening walking through Hermann Park during sunset, which honestly felt like the perfect reset after a busy week.

Overall, it’s been another great week here in Houston, and we’re excited to see what this next one brings.

We look forward to sharing more updates, adventures, and platform improvements with you next week!
