Hi everyone,
We hope you’re heading into a productive and successful week. We’ve been keeping busy around here with new website builds, creative updates, and a few projects that have given us the opportunity to push the boundaries of what we can do in the digital space. As Peter Drucker famously said, “The best way to predict the future is to create it.” That mindset is especially relevant when we’re working with businesses that want their digital presence to do more than simply exist online.
A New Website Experience for Facility Service Pros
We’re excited to officially share a website we recently brought to life for our clients and friends at Facility Service Pros LLC (FSP).

Turning a Restaurant Into an Interactive Website
Facility Service Pros specializes in commercial contracting, remodeling, and facility management for restaurants and other business facilities. The challenge was that they offer a lot of services, and we wanted visitors to understand the full scope of what FSP can do without overwhelming them with a giant list of services on the homepage. So instead of simply listing everything, we created an experience that lets visitors explore it.
We designed a 3D model of a general restaurant facility and connected it to a scrolling animation throughout the homepage. As visitors move down the page, they’re taken through the building itself. The experience begins by showing the restaurant from the outside before moving through the front entrance and into different areas of the facility.
From the dining area, visitors move into the commercial kitchen, through the commercial freezer, down the hallway into the bathroom, through an office, and eventually into a storage area. Along the way, each room stops to highlight the specific services Facility Service Pros can provide in that environment.
It essentially turns the homepage into a digital walkthrough of the type of facility they work on every day.

We originally had the opportunity to build their website about a year and a half ago, and since then, we’ve continued helping them manage and maintain their online presence. One of the things we believe strongly in when working with website clients is that a website shouldn’t be considered a “set it and forget it” project. Businesses change, services expand, industries evolve, and the way people interact with websites continues to change right along with them. A strong web presence needs to evolve, too.
Recently, I sat down with Mike and Misty Bainbridge, the owners of Facility Service Pros, and shared an idea I had for something much more immersive than a traditional website refresh. I wanted to create a first-of-its-kind website experience that could take their visitors through their services in a way that was visual, interactive, and genuinely memorable. I’m incredibly grateful that Mike and Misty trusted us with the creative freedom to take that idea and run with it. And, well… we definitely ran with it.
And yes, getting all of that to work was a project in itself.

Creating the 3D environment, developing the scrolling experience, connecting the animations, organizing the service information, and making sure everything remained functional and intuitive required quite a bit of planning and creativity. But this is exactly the type of project we love at EliteCardPro. When there’s an opportunity to take something outside of the standard website formula and create an experience people actually want to explore, we’re in.
Your Website Should Keep Working for You
This project is also a great example of why ongoing website maintenance and management matter. A website that looked great eighteen months ago may still technically function today, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it is doing everything it could for the business. Design trends change, technology changes, services change, and customer expectations change. Sometimes, the best move isn’t to start over. It’s to look at what you already have, identify where there is room to improve, and build from there. That’s a big part of what we do for our website clients at EliteCardPro.
We don’t want your website sitting untouched while the rest of your business moves forward. Whether that means updating information, adding new services, refreshing the design, improving the user experience, creating new pages, or completely rethinking how visitors interact with the site, we like keeping our clients’ digital presence current and competitive within their industries.
Facility Service Pros gave us the opportunity to take that idea quite a few steps further, and we’re excited about what we created together. And if you’ve ever looked at your own website and thought, “There has to be a better way to present all of this,” we’d love to hear what you have in mind. Sometimes the best website ideas start with a conversation.
More Than a Website
Projects like these are a good reminder of why we enjoy what we do. At EliteCardPro, our work can start with an Elite Contact Card, but it certainly doesn’t have to end there. We work with businesses on websites, redesigns, management and hosting, ai systems, Custom business management softwares, automations, and other solutions designed to help their businesses operate and present themselves more effectively.
Sometimes that means making a small update that keeps a website current. Sometimes it means rebuilding an entire digital presence. And sometimes it means sitting down with a client, hearing an idea that sounds a little crazy, and figuring out how to make it work. We’re grateful to Mike and Misty for trusting us with the creative freedom to build something outside the ordinary, and we’re excited to see how visitors interact with it.
If your website could use a refresh, you have a new idea you’ve been wanting to bring to life, or you simply want to explore what your digital presence could be doing better, reach out to us. We’re always up for a good conversation—and, occasionally, an ambitious digital experiment.
Until next time,
Warm regards,
